Register to Ride PTP 2024

Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Pedaling the Prairie, an Additional Training Ride.  Approximately 1400-1,600 riders will join in the fun on Saturday, February 24, 2024. This non-competitive race cruises past the rice fields and prairie between Bellville and Katy, Texas. The ride begins at the Waller County Fairgrounds. There are several well-planned routes, ranging from a 24-mile beginner course to a 68-mile endurance ride. 

 

Register

  • $45 Early Registration Fee On or before February 4th

  • $50 Registration Fee After February 4th

  • $55 Walk-up Registration Fee Race Day

  • $150 Family/Team Discount Four Riders

Rider Amenities

  • Free Dri Fit shirt to the first 500 race registrants. Additional Dri Fit shirts will be available for purchase at the fairgrounds.

  • Breakpoints with refreshments, as well as mechanical and medical support, located every 10-15 miles.

  • Police escorts at every major intersection. Sag vehicles and Ride Marshall support.

Bike Ride Schedule

  • 7:00 a.m. - Registration Opens (Coffee and Cont. breakfast avail. at Fairgrounds)

  • 8:30 a.m. - Ride Begins

  • 11:00 a.m. - Post Race Party Begins (Lunch and drinks available at Fairgrounds)

  • 3:00 p.m. - Course Closure

  • 4:00 p.m. - Fairgrounds Close
